sickmoth is a UK-based producer of eclectic electronica, mixing up styles and genres, using live instruments and wrapping it all up in an electronica blanket. This, his second album, is not so much 'anything goes' as the debut, but retains the signature sound in a more coherent collection of songs that take in ambient, IDM, breaks and liberal lashings of distorted guitar to take the listener on a journey. From the brash opening madness of 'Monster' to the epic rocktronica of 'The wrong', this is sickmoth's finest work to date. The album is rounded off by a stomping remix of 'Buff my pylon' by one of sickmoth's FSOR stablemates, Signal:Noise.
Original versions of Milkpunk and Buff my pylon can be found on the debut sickmoth album, Sticks and Stoned, available from www.sickmoth.com. Buff my pylon remixed by J. Baker.

disturbingly aurally orgasmical
Sickmoth manages to again to deliver haunting sounds that still have a sweet passionate center hidden beneath the surface, what at first seems abrasive and a bit scary quickly finds its way to your musical heart, and takes you on a ride you may not have been expecting, it took a few listens for the true mastery of the release to sink in for me but now that it has i realize that this album is def his most excellent and deepest work yet....highlights for me were redsun, deadend and dirty dollars...highly recommended download !!!!!
